Using natural dihydrous gypsum as raw material, the α-high strength construction gypsum powder has the advantages of ordinary construction gypsum powder (light weight, fire resistance, sound insulation, easy forming, fast setting, short hydration time, etc.).
Processing technology
Process: ore — a jaw broken — autoclave dry — the second jaw broken — grinding — making a packaging warehousing.
Operation process parameters of high strength building gypsum powder:
- Feed size:220 mm, discharge grain 50-60 mm, Run-of-Mine grade: CaSO4.2H20>=85%
- Autoclave process: The steam pressure is 0.25 Mpa, the steam temperature is 140 ℃, and the autoclaving time is 5-6 hours
- Grinding： The inlet water is less than 6%, the particle size of the inlet material is 10-20mm, the speed of the analyzer is 500 RPM, the current intensity of the main engine is 50 A, the current intensity of the fan is 32 A, and the flow intensity of the electric vibration feeder is 1.2 A
- Stir-frying： The temperature of the stirring is 170—–180℃, the stirring speed is 70 RPM, and the frying time is 25 minutes/pot
