Precision casting plaster powder features:
1) Compared with sand type, ceramic type, thin shell type casting method, drawing gypsum type precision casting process is simple, short production cycle, high casting precision, good surface quality, and low cost, less equipment, less energy consumption, easy to clean casting, no pollution, low labor intensity;
2) Compared with the ceramic shell investment mold precision casting, because the gypsum type replaces the multi-layer ceramic shell casting, in addition to eliminating the coating drying equipment and technology, but also greatly shorten the production cycle, the use of raw materials is greatly reduced, so the comprehensive economic benefits are greatly increased, and there is no harmful gas ammonia and ethyl silicate to human body damage and corrosion of mechanical equipment;
